Access Medical Inc. Shipping Policy:

All orders received by 12 NOON (MST) daily and IN STOCK, will be shipped via fastest ground courier (DHL/Loomis, Purolator, UPS, or local) within two (2) business days, unless COLLECT shipment arrangements are specifically requested with complete carrier information through our order desk.

Air shipment requests within North America are subject to additional fees. Please Contact Customer Service for Additional information.

Return Policy:

Items cannot be returned until it has been approved by our Senior CSR, and a valid RGA number has been assigned. All products that are returned are subject to a restocking fee.
